We are a group of passionate people working together to make our product known so well that the brand “Vision1” becomes the word for mirrored lenses with a statement on them.

About our Operations team

Vision1’s Operations Team is the backbone of our organization, managing quality & timely delivery of our unique product to a global customer base.

Our operations team manages (and continuously improves) all processes from order entry, to production timelines, warehousing and logistics. Mostly working under tight timelines, we are the ones “to make it happen” and deliver on time.

What you will do

  • In our small (but fast-growing) team of currently 10 people, you will work autonomously and take ownership of implementing processes that make our organization run like a clockwork. You will be working closely with our founders to structure the processes in place and make sure we improve continuously:
  • You will work with our sales department to help with customer service requests.
  • You will forward our customers’ orders to our suppliers and manage the quality of production.
  • You will manage logistics, our warehousing team and ensure delivery on time.
  • You will identify challenges; you will propose solutions. Based on your success, you will build your own team to support you.
  • You will be working from our office in Vienna with great flexibility to work from home. Some days you will spend in our warehouse in Leobersdorf.

What you’l need

  • Passion for our product.
  • Structured mindset, talent for organization and coordination.
  • Service mentality. Able to perform under stress.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English as your 2 working languages.
  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly and leverage our IT systems and databases.

About our sales team

Vision1’s Sales Team is spearheading the roll-out of our unique technology into the world: The application of our eyewear in marketing is very often a novelty for our customers.

Usually we present our product to high-profile decision makers in the marketing department of large corporations (Head of Marketing, Head of Events, …), Creative Directors of advertising agencies or Executives of brand-conscious small- and medium sized companies.

Our sales team enjoys the exposure to customers who usually grab a pair of sunglasses and immediately begin to be creative with it. Our customers love their brand, we offer them a game-changing medium to fall in love with.

What you will do

  • In our small (but fast-growing) team of currently 10 people, you will work autonomously and take ownership. You will work closely with our founders to storm the German market and acquire new B2B customers on top of our current Tier-1 reference customers.
  • You will become the ambassador of a unique product, the face and the voice of a new medium in your market. You will knock on new doors. You will hear a lot of No’s, but you will not stop until you hear your next Yes.
  • You will work with marketing professionals who you will support as a creative sparring partner in the process of developing new forms of application of our eyewear.
  • You will challenge our own marketing team to improve conversion. You will convert best practices of the German market entry into the blue print for our company’s further expansion.
  • You will identify challenges; you will propose solutions. Based on your success, you will build your team to support you.
  • You will avoid bureaucracy and take action to achieve our team’s goals. You will travel frequently. You will be able to work from wherever you think you win the most customers.

What you’l need

  • Passion for our product.
  • Experience in B2B sales; you have been selling directly to senior decision makers before.
  • Proven track-record, you achieve your goals.
  • You apply data-driven decision making and logic to backup decisions and improve understanding.
  • Creativity and service-mentality.
  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly and leverage our systems and databases.
  • Professional in German and English as your 2 working languages.
